This notice covers the Clocked launch waitlist, not the future mobile app.

What we collect and why

When you join, we save your email address, signup date and your agreement to receive a launch announcement. We use these to confirm your signup and let you know when Clocked is available for iPhone. We do not ask for medication names, diagnoses or medication history.

Your choice

Joining is optional. You can leave using the removal link shown after signup or the unsubscribe link in the launch email. You can also contact us to request access, correction or removal of your information.

Storage and service providers

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and storage. Confirmation and launch emails are sent through Resend. These providers process information to run the website and deliver email, and processing may take place outside your country. We do not sell your email address or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

You can leave the list at any time. We review the list before sending the announcement and remove signups more than 12 months old. After launch, we will delete the remaining list within 90 days.

Website security

Our hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. The signup form uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit automated submissions. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
